What are your opening hours?
We are open Monday to Friday from 7am to 5pm. On Saturdays we are here from 7am to 1pm. If you need to contact us out of hours, you can call our mobile 07411 414141 or drop us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We can arrange an out of hours service.
What mix do I need?
The mix you need depends on its application. For example, a simple shed base mix will not require the same strength and footings for a double storey extension. Often the mix design will be detailed by your Architect or Building control. We are not technically qualified to recommend a mix design but we can guide you on what is most commonly used for your application type.
How do I book and how much notice do you need?
We can take your booking over the phone. All we need is your address, a quantity guide and payment. Generally we can work to 24 hours notice but it is always best to give as much notice as possible.
How much concrete do I need and what will it cost?
You can use our online concrete calculator to work out how much concrete you need. Alternatively, give us a call with the dimensions and we can work it out for you. In terms of cost, it all depends on quantity, location and mix requirements. Again, we can discuss this with you over the phone and provide a free no obligation quote. Our prices are competitive and we don’t compromise on our product and service.
How big are your lorries?
Our mixers, grabs and tippers will need 3 meters by 10 meters clear space. Our small pumps will need 3 meters by 6 meters clear space. When the mixers back on to the pumps, they require an additional 2 meters clear space as there is an auger at the back of the mixer which feeds the pump.
